You can conduct most of your financial transactions from home, your office or even from the beach - whether it's late at night, weekend or a public holiday. Pulseline allows you, with one easy call, to:

  • obtain up to minute account balances
  • BPAY® bill paying service for registered users
  • check whether your pay has arrived into your account
  • check the last 10 transactions
  • transfer money between accounts
  • check if a personal cheque has been presented
  • find out the interest earned on your accounts for your tax return
  • change your access password

FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS
  1. You will need a touch tone phone (most digital mobile phones are also suitable)
  2. Your membership number; and
  3. Your access code after you have registered.

  1. Passwords are numeric combinations.
  2. Your initial password will be issued by the Credit Union. You will be directed to change this password to one of your choosing on first time use.
To report an unauthorised EFT transaction made via BPAY®, Pulse Online Internet or Pulseline telephone banking or your PIN, secret code or if your password has become known to someone else:

Same day payments requested after 2.30pm EST on a business day or any time on a non-business day and future dated payments will be debited to your account on the payment date and remitted the next business day.
